In 2014, when I returned from Indonesia to Belgrade, I had an exceptional experience spending time and learning from Magnum photographer Olivia Arthur. I love my profession not just for the photography itself, but for these precious moments where our paths cross with great names in world photography

Memories from 2012 in Taipei, Taiwan, at the international photography exhibition ”Witness to Silence” held at the stunning building of  the National 228 Memorial Museum. It was such an amazing experience – meeting and having fun with Asian photographers, sharing time together with a glass of drink and local specialities. In addition, the host organised for us tour both in the city and outside in stunning nature nearby the ocean.

Such an honor to be featured in French 9Lives Magazine dedicated to contemporary photography. Many thanks to the curator Maria Xypolopoulou, for the interview and the opportunity to discuss my development and approach as a documentary photographer, particularly on sociopolitical themes in Serbia and the Balkans. Thrilled to see my photograph on the cover of Montenegrin cultural magazine “Odzivi”, featuring me as an artist along with my reportage on student protests.

Great pleasure for winning award plaque at ULUPUDS Annual May Exhibition which took place in Konak Kneginje Ljubice in Belgrade.

It is a great honor for me that the organizers of Tivat Photo Days accepted my participation in the festival based on my Montenegrin origin. The second edition of the Tivat Photo Days festival and the accompanying exhibition Reflections, featuring the works of 12 artists from Montenegro, was opened at the Museum and Gallery Tivat by Prof. Dr. Anka Gardašević, the festival’s selector.  

In 2024, I was selected to be among 10 photographers from all over the world to attend one month long VII Academy in Arles, France. In this post I will share some of the moments from lectures.        

At Press Photo Serbia 2023, I won honorable mention for the photo ”New Life” with Russian family who left their country due to Russian invasion on Ukraine and setteled in Belgrade.
